Home Watch Service for owners of second homes, extended vacationers and seasonal snowbirds. The trusted service offers a multi-point plan to walk your unoccupied home's perimeter and interior rooms checking for potential areas of concern. If a problem is observed such as; storm damage, broken window, low thermostat battery, sump pump alarms, water tank/boiler leaks… you'll be contacted.
All home watch visits are personally performed by Tom, a RI Registered Contractor.
Bi-monthly and monthly Home Watch plans to fit your requirements.
Coordination with your contractors/service providers to oversee emergency repairs while you're out of town can be arranged.
Photos of damage the Home Watch Service would notify you of, saving additional home repairs and costs.

RELIANT Home Watch service provides a trusted, local point of contact to periodically check on your unoccupied home. The owner, Tom, has over 30 years of home improvement experience, a B.S. Engineering and participant of the RI Contractor Development Program (CDP). Over the years Tom has volunteered in the community and put in hours helping to build 4 houses with the Greater Providence and South County Habitat for Humanity® chapters. This service is offered by Tom at RELIANT Home Repair LLC which provides minor interior Repair for residential customers.
